Do you utilise technology to maximise the value of your investment portfolio? If not, why not?
I recently completed a small development in a leafy suburb pretty close to the city and Otago University and I am convinced that I maximised the earning potential and subsequent post build valuation through investing just $300 on the technology of a walkthrough video.
The perspective tenants all commented on the video when viewing the property and were debating more about what room they would like than evaluating the features of the apartment.
The job had already been done.
